Our Master of Arts in Chaplaincy degree might be right for you if...
You are interested in being a chaplain for:
- Hospice
- Law enforcement
- State or local prison
- Community and third space (non-religious) settings
- Corporation, Sports, etc
International students interested in Chaplaincy must choose this program for visa purposes.
Our Dual Degree in Interreligious Studies and Chaplaincy might be right for you if...
You are a domestic student interested in being a chaplain for:
- Federal prison
- Hospitals / V.A. Hospitals
- Military
- Higher education
Or you want to be a non ordained Chaplain (needs checked or reworded)
Our Master of Arts in Interreligious Studies degree might be right for you if...
You are:
- Interested in ministry
- An international student who does not want to be a Chaplain
- A certified/working chaplain who would like more exposure to interreligious curriculum
- A certified/working chaplain who would like to complete the industry standard 72 credits
You would like to be a chaplain and:
- Your denomination requires a Master of Divinity for Chaplain certification (need to be ordained) check on this and does not accept an equivalency
Your denomination requires that chaplains be ordained ministers -- Lutherans? Methodist? Or are these students best served elsewhere? follow up on this
